Our goal is give every customer a perfectly marbled and tender cut of beef with a fully satisfying flavor. Our Black Angus cattle are raised and finished along the lush and beautiful Niobrara River, just a few miles south of the South Dakota state line. You can confidently choose our products from the menu and know you are getting high quality, fresh, local beef.

You'll always find a great craft beer on tap at Knotheads. Saddle Bronc has proven to be one of the favorites! It can also be purchased by the 6-pack in the c-store.
The Choteau Creek Brewing Company, located eight miles east of Wagner, SD, is a family owned and operated farmhouse brewery. Built on the farm our family homesteaded in 1896, CCBC focuses on traditional Belgian, German and Czech style beers while embracing modern tastes.
